Hello 6K. Have a great week-end preparing for Hallowe'en. Could you please make sure you study for Monday's needs test and begin studying (10 - 15 minutes a night) for your French unit test on Wednesday. The Adventure Notes (Language Arts) will not be due until Thursday. Please come in during lunch-time on Tuesday if you're missing any hand-outs. Thanks!

Hi 6K. Here are your homework assignments plus some things you need to prepare for.

L.A. ~ Please complete the second drafts of your Remembrance Day poems for tomorrow.
S.S. ~ I'm looking forward to seeing the rest of your Needs projects tomorrow. Please come prepared! Don't forget your needs test has been moved. It is no longer tomorrow. Instead, we'll be doing it on Monday, during period #4.
French ~ Please practise your 'La meteo' sentences. I'm looking forward to hearing them tomorrow. I was impressed with how well you all read today. Could anyone who still owes me any interim report cards, please get them in ASAP. I also need the late French puzzles turned in.

Today was a bit busy, but I hope everyone survived it! Here are your homework assignments.

L.A. ~ Book fair tomorrow. Bring $$ if you're planning on buying anything.
S.S. ~ Please get your geography tests signed and return them by tomorrow.
French ~ Keep plugging away on your 'La Meteo' sheet. It's due next Tuesday.
~ Study for this Thursday's quiz. It will be on the days of the week, the months,writing the date and weather. Please review your notes and study a little bit every night.

Welcome to my blog, 6K students and parents. Here's your homework update.

L.A. ~ Remember to study tonight. You have your L.A. unit test tomorrow. Please review your parts of speech (noun, pronoun, verb, adverb and adjective) and be prepared to write a paragraph using a variety of sentence starters. You should also be able to number the type of starter you used for each sentence.
~ Spelling test on 'tion', 'sion' and 'shun' words this Friday.

S.S. ~ Please get your Geography unit test signed, if you didn't already do so. Tomorrow is your last day to get a treat for this!
French ~ You don't have any homework for tonight, but could you please keep in mind the following dates:
Thursday, October 20th - Quiz on days of the week, months, seasons and weather.
Tuesday, October 25th - 'La Meteo' sheet is due!
Wednesday, October 26th - Puzzle Project is due.
